A bit about my background...
As a clinical psychologist and leadership coach, I’ve spent the past 25 years guiding high-performing individuals through the complex spaces of achievement, commitment, and burnout. Whether you are navigating a high-pressure workplace, running a demanding household, or aiming for academic excellence, it is common to find yourself over-scheduled, drained, and stuck in the reactive Survival Zone—feeling trapped in a routine that no longer resonates. But here's the good news: we do not have to live at the mercy of a frantic environment or feel trapped in the common belief that stress is "bad" for us and should be avoided.

​Drawing upon research and thousands of hours of clinical, consultation, and coaching experience, I've developed an impactful suite of trainings and tools, designed to help you live in to life's challenges, rather than wishing to escape them. With knowledge and practice, we can shift our mindsets and relationship with stress, building our capacity to live into the hard stuff, while pausing long enough to enjoy all the good stuff in-between.
