Whether we are navigating a high-pressure workplace, running a demanding household, or managing academic demands, it is common to find ourselves feeling over-scheduled, drained, and stuck in the reactive Survival Zone. But here's the good news. We do not have to live at the mercy of a frantic environment or feel trapped in chronic state of stress. We can train for life's stressors,  while also learning to strategically pause, and perhaps even pivot, to ensure we live in fully to the hard stuff as well as the great stuff that comes our way.

As a clinical psychologist and leadership coach, I’ve spent the past 25 years guiding high-performing individuals through the complex spaces of achievement, commitment, and burnout.

 

My clients consistently find the tools shared on this website to be helpful, and I too use these skills on a daily basis to navigate the zones of stress in order to face challenges head-on., while remembering to pause long enough to enjoy all the good stuff in-between.

Stress Agility Trainings

Engage with our on-demand library of stress agility practices. Each session provides a brief burst of knowledge, followed by a quick and practical skill that can be immediately applied to navigating through stress and recovering after.   With knowledge and practice we learn to shift our mindsets and our relationship with stress -- viewing stress not only as necessary, but a vital tool that helps us lean into challenge with confidence.

Immersive Experiences

Unique, tailored experiences where we slow down, regulate our systems, and learn practical skills to carry forward into our daily lives . Participants come away feeling rejuvenated and empowered to make small but meaningful pivots, to not only reach their goals but to enjoy the process along the way.
