A bit about my background...

As a clinical psychologist and leadership coach, I’ve spent the past 25 years guiding high-performing individuals through the complex spaces of achievement, commitment, and burnout. Whether you are navigating a high-pressure workplace, running a demanding household, or aiming for academic excellence, it is common to find yourself over-scheduled, drained, and stuck in the reactive Survival Zone—feeling trapped in a routine that no longer resonates. But here's the good news: we do not have to live at the mercy of a frantic environment.

​Drawing upon thousands of hours of clinical, consultation, and coaching experience, I've developed an impactful suite of science-back tools, designed to help you live in to life's challenges rather than wishing to escape them. With knowledge and practice, we can all learn how to make small, meaningful pivots to build our capacity to live into the hard stuff, and strategically pause to enjoy all the good stuff in-between.

"Knowing"

Dr. Natasha Annis' most powerful Keynote, where she shares her own resiliency story, shaped by her work as a clinical psychologist and leadership coach within the Intelligence Community, and her personal, on-going battle with cancer. This keynote is designed to inspire listeners to "lean in" to life's challenges in order to build resilience and live life to its fullest.
